তোমায় ভেবে' প্রাণ-উৎসবে
উপচে' পড়ে আলোর বান

অধরেতে মধুর হাসি
শুক্লা রাতের জ্যোৎস্নারাশি
মন্দানিলে নভোনীলে
ভরে' আছে তোমার দান

যাহা ভাবি যা' ভাবি না
যাহা দেখি যা' দেখি না
সবার মাঝে তব করুণা
মমতাতে মূর্তিমান

You are a gloomy path's ally–
In wretched heart, hope's song,
Hope's song.
Musing on You mid life's festivities,
Ample falls light's flood.

Upon the lower lip a sweet smile,
A fair night's heap of moonlight–
In blue sky with a gentle breeze,
Full is Your contribution.

What I do and don't imagine,
What I do and do not notice,
Amid all is Your compassion,
Showing as affection.
